What is the Commune Chandapura Review Chandapura, Bangalore South?

I have been living in this project for a couple of years now, and I really don't like it here. The

• Lifts are not maintained so I have to climb the 7th floor every time there is a power cut 

• Properties are not well maintained and the passages are not cleaned most of the time

• Disruption in water supply is also quite common here

• They have not received their Occupancy Certificate yet

The Commune possession date was 2017, so I don’t know why they have not got the OC to date. 

My cousin has been living in this project since 2019 and always shares how well-planned and maintained the project is. The list of amenities you can enjoy here are:

• Well-maintained toddler pool

You can definitely check out this project, and I can assure you that you will not be disappointed. The Commune location is Anekal Main Road, Gulla Reddy Layout, Chandapura, Iggalur, Karnataka 562107.

We live in a rented house near Chandapura but now we want to move into our own house in that area only. Since the Commune Chandapura is quite close, we visited this project in June and quite loved it. The project provides

• 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments only spread across 6 acres

• This project is 11 years old, launched in 2012 and the Commune completion date was 2017

• It has 4 total towers and 384 residential units and most of them are now occupied
