Being a resident of Delhi, I am aware of the DDA scheme very well. Under the Festival Special Housing Scheme, the DDA announced that it is selling 32,000 constructed homes along with opulent penthouses. This was back in November. Registration opened from November 24th onwards. The cost of DDA flats is between Rs 11.5 lakh and Rs 5 crore. These DDA flats are available in Dwarka, Loknayak Puram, Jasola, Rohini, Sirsapur and Narela.

What are the DDA Flats Price 2023?

If you are planning to have a DDA flat, do not delay. They are opting for the First Come First Serve mechanism to provide:

  • 728 EWS homes in Dwarka Sector 19B

  • 316 LIG flats

  • 1008 EWS flats in Dwarka Sector 14

  • 24 EWS flats in Loknayak Puram and

  • Click on the option Apply here

  • Login or register 

  • Enter your personal details like name, contact number, income proof and others

  • Upload documents as requested for

  • Once the application is done, pay the application fee

  • Note the application number and wait for further notifications in your mobile number or email
