Delhi Development Authority (DDA) bookings have started from January, and as far as I know, the DDA flats scheme 2025 last date was February 4. I have some friends who have applied under the scheme, and I have a fair bit of information about the timeline. So, the DDA special housing scheme (e-auction) for HIG, MIG, and LIG flats is available in various localities.
What is the DDA Housing Scheme 2025 Last Date to Apply?
I remember talking about it to one of my friends, who told me about the e-auction schedule. I heard under the Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana, a 25% discount will be offered on EWS, MIG, and LIG flats to disadvantaged sections in Siraspur, Narela, and Loknayak Puram.
War widows, cab drivers, ex-servicemen, recipients of gallantry awards, and persons with disabilities can also apply under this scheme. I am sharing the schedule here.
