What is the Diamond Packers and Movers Mumbai Reviews?

Diamond Packers and Movers Mumbai was a nightmare for us. We needed to move from Mumbai to Delhi urgently and had discussed the same with their team, yet they arrived late and started packaging the goods haphazardly. As a result:

• Several goods broke, like our bookshelf, shoe rack, bed, and others.

• They lost our utensil box and mentioned not packing any such items, which is not true.

• Their team did not bother to mention that they would be 3 hours late, which was highly frustrating.

Not worth it. Please do not believe the good Diamond Packers and Movers Mumbai reviews and refrain from availing of their service.

After reading some Diamond Packers and Movers Mumbai reviews, we opted for them to get our goods transported from Borivali to Kandivali West and to date repent about it. They charged us a good amount upfront, about 70% of the total cost, and here is what they delivered:

• Broken goods, especially a chair’s leg, 6-7 dishes, and other crockery and the coffee table

• It was decided that the loading and unloading charges were all included in the price, but they charged us Rs. 2,100 extra to get the goods unloaded.

• They came 2 hours late and sent only 3 men to pack 3 BHK goods, which delayed the process even more and got our goods delivered late. 

Is this how professionals work? Waste of money. I will neither avail of their service again nor recommend them. 

My car shifting experience with Diamond Packers and Movers Mumbai was far from smooth. They delayed the delivery by 4 hours, and when my car finally arrived, it had prominent scratches and dents. My car was supposed to get delivered in a separate truck, but I guess that did not happen, and I am really disappointed. Please never avail of their service if you want a stress-free car transportation service.

Not only this, several items were damaged, especially the furniture, despite their claim of careful handling, which was frustrating. When I reached out to customer service to raise a complaint and ask for a refund, they were rude and unhelpful, making things worse. Better I had availed of a local packers and movers service provider. I wish I had read some Diamond Packers and Movers Mumbai reviews before availing of their service.
