Hi, if you are trying to know about what is the difference between PPAC & Differential PPAC, then I can help you with that. PPAC stands for Power Purchase Adjustment Cost. It is applied to consumer bills in accordance with DERC regulations.

The Distribution License imposes a 4.5% PPAC without formal regulatory procedures. If the actual PPAC exceeds 4.5%, the Distribution Licensee submits an application to the DERC to claim the differential PPAC. Differential PPAC is the difference between the actual PPAC percentage and 4.5%.

No, you don’t have to pay for them together, as Differential PPAC will be reflected in future bills.
