What is the DNR Arista Reviews Bellandur Bangalore?

65% open space and 35% area dedicated to construction

• It is strategically located off Bellandur Road and location-wise as well, it is better

• You will get 1, 2 and 3 BHKs here

• There will be 2 buildings with 427 units so apartments here will enjoy more ventilation 

The DNR Arista possession date is set for December 2024 and Meda Heights will be wrapped up by September 2024. I found Meda Height to be located in a more serene environment and since I love nature, I will be choosing it. You can visit both and choose which one will suit you better.

Let me start with the proper DNR Arista address. This project is located on Bellandur Main Road, Marathahalli - Sarjapur Outer Ring Rd., Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103. I am planning to invest in this project mainly because it is located in close proximity to my office in Vaishnavi Tech Square. I am tired of travelling nearly two hours to reach my office and since this project is just 30 minutes from my workplace, I am all set to finalise a 3 BHK here. I had been looking for a 2 BHK in Bellandur for a long time but you know how tough it is to find the right property in Bangalore. I was looking for a flat with two balconies in the 2 BHK but it seemed none of the projects in Bellandur had it. Finally, I came across DNR Arista and this project has more than just the balconies. I will lay down my DNR Arista reviews here for you. Here are some aspects I really loved about the project:

• According to the plan shared by the sales team, there will be 5 total towers with 13 floors in each one of them

Since I was looking for a 2BHK flat, I collected more information on that. I learned that these apartments will come with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies and 1 parking area.
