Let me share a Dosti Tulip Review. I visited this project in October and I liked their planning. It is still under construction and is expected to be completed by October 2026. The specifications I learnt about this project then are
The apartments are eco-friendly. Solar panels are installed and used for hot water, garden and street lights
Garbage disposal system is there
Recycling of water and collection of rainwater is done here
Fire alarms are there everywhere
Latest gas leak sensors are also to be installed here soon
I overall felt they are very concerned about the dwellers' safety which is great. Will check this project next year again so if possible share more reviews.

As of now I have got several Dosti Tulip reviews and all of them sound great. But the possession date is 3 years away so no one is very sure how much luxurious the apartments are actually going to be. Their sales team is very much responsive which is actually a great thing. It is expected to be one of the elite projects in Thane and the people’s expectations are really high. The MAHARERA registration Id is P51700032666. High Street Mall-1.9km
D Mart- 2.8km
Hiranandani Hospital-6.4km
