Two years ago, I took DSL Express Packers and Movers Delhi house shifting service. During the delivery of my belongings, the shifting person asked for more money and refused to let me keep them. Later, their 2 members started fighting in front of me, so I had to wait two hours before they agreed. After receiving my belongings, I discovered that two items were missing. One of them hasn't been delivered yet. Not worth to get a star rating.

I had an awful and terrible experience moving my Honda Jazz with DSL Express Packers and Movers Delhi. I booked my car on April 25, 2023. After ten days and several follow-ups, I finally received the car, but it was scratched on the rear side and bonnet. When I called them, they were just making up reasons and were unwilling to pay. Bad behaviour and the horrible service I received from the
DSL Express
Packers and Movers Delhi team. They basically looted my money. I took a package from them, as they told me that they would offer a reduced quote but at the time of delivery, they charged extra including a larger delivery fee. I was quoted initially Rs13,000 for my belongings, but ended up charging us Rs 27,000 to transport them. I will rate them 1 out of 5.
