What is the DSR Highland Greenz Review Sarjapur Bengaluru?

I have been looking for a project amid lush greenery as both my parents are old and my mother has already damaged her lungs due to the COVID-19 infection. One of my friends who works at Wipro, located near this project, shared with me some DSR Highland Greenz reviews so I checked it out. This project seems perfect for us. Here are the reasons why

• It is spread across a vast area of 10.10 acres

• You will get both 2 and 3 BHKs here

• It is BDA and RERA-approved as well

• There are 900 units available here 

I inquired about the size of the apartments here and learned that the apartments are between 875 sq. ft. and 1210 sq. ft. and the 3 BHKs are between 1239 sq. ft. and 1422 sq. ft. The DSR Highland Greenz address is near RGA Tech Park, Chikkanayakana Halli Rd., Sarjapur, Bengaluru. It is very well connected to the main roads so you can definitely pay a visit and then decide whether to invest here or not.

The DSR Highland Greenz is really a good project but to be honest, I liked the

off Sarjapur Road more. Both are located in the same locality, Sarjapur but I feel Macasa Emerald is better as

• The apartments have no common walls between them

• You will get 2 and 2.5 BHKs only 

• The starting price of the apartments is Rs 91 lakhs (all inclusive)

In fact, compared to the price, Macasa Emerald has more spacious apartments within almost the same budget range. Here is floorplan:

Since both share the same location, I suggest you check out both and then decide where you want to have your home.

I was planning to book a 2 BHK unit here. I got to know that the DSR Highland Greenz price is Rs. 81.56 Lacs - Rs. 1.11 Crores. I also asked the builder team about the DSR Highland Greenz construction status. They informed me that this project is an under-construction project. The approximate area of a 2 BHK is 875 sq. ft – 1210 sq. ft., and the approximate area of a 3 BHK is 1239 sq. ft – 1422 sq. ft. Also, DSR Highland Greenz is expected to offer a total number of 900 flats.

I’d like to answer your query. I discussed the same with the builder team, who informed us that the project, DSR Highland Greenz, is not near a public cemetery or burial place. At Harlur & Panathur lies the cemetery. Additionally, there is a sizable empty space that very clearly separates the location where these activities take place from the project's boundary wall. As this project is an under-construction one, I also enquired about the DSR Highland Greenz completion date. To this, I got to know that the expected DSR Highland Greenz possession date is by March 2026. According to the structural specifications, there will be 1 B + G + 12 FLOORS.

I booked an apartment here for investment purposes. It is because I believe that the DSR Highland Greenz location would help me draw a high rate of interest. The location is extremely beneficial, considering it is conveniently located and surrounded by tech parks like Wipro, RGA Tech Park, and Electronic City - all within a 2.5 km radius.

However, one of my friends informed me that there is a graveyard near the project. Can anyone please let me know about the authenticity of this information?

DSR Highland Greenz got launched in 2022 and is expected to be wrapped up by 2023. I am really happy to see their construction work. They are indeed doing their best to hand over the property on time. Here is the floor plan of this project-

Sarjapur is hotspot for many residential and commercial establishments. It is rapidly growing and investing here would definitely yield good results. Given the location, I would say the apartments’ prices are quite budget-friendly. You can think of investing here. This is all I can say in this DSR Highland Greenz review. 

DSR Highland Greenz is the latest project that is being constructed in the Sarjapur area, East Bangalore. I have been to the project multiple times since I am really interested in having a house here, so let me share some of its specifications-

• The project is RERA-approved and its RERA ID is

• There are a total of 900 flats available here.

• You will get 2 and 3 BHK apartments.

• Each building has 12 floors and 1 ground floor.

I am into this project because of its extraordinary amenities, like

• A spacious and peaceful library

• Barbeque zone to have something spicy

• Skating rink to relive childhood memories

• Cricket practise pitch to enjoy my favorite sport

• Mini soccer area

• There is also a pedestrian bridge in this project

• The trampoline park is really cool

• There are also hammocks available here

• The bird watching desk is sure to amuse everyone of you

The best part is that Scooby (my pet dog) can roam freely in the dog park. It is a pet-friendly project, and that is why I am planning to finalize the deal of having an apartment here. But I would like you to share a

DSR Highland Greenz review as well if you have more information to share.

Let me give you the inner story of this project in this DSR Highland Greenz review. Before you plan on investing here, please clarify the price of the apartments. My friend visited this project just a few months ago and learned that the prices mentioned in their brochure are not true.

 A number of hidden charges will be levied on the price of the apartments once you are on the verge of purchasing them. He went to book an apartment within Rs 80 lakh, but after the sales team mentioned all the charges, he came to realise that the actual price for the apartment he was planning to buy would rise to Rs 87 lakh. Trust me, the price is way too high compared to other apartments available in Sarjapur by similar builders and configurations. He was totally disappointed, and so am I. I would hence ask you not to believe any DSR Highland Greenz review blindly. Visit the project and invest here only if you are 100% sure.
