I have been looking for a project amid lush greenery as both my parents are old and my mother has already damaged her lungs due to the COVID-19 infection. I inquired about the size of the apartments here and learned that the apartments are between 875 sq. ft. and 1210 sq. ft. and the 3 BHKs are between 1239 sq. ft. and 1422 sq. ft. The DSR Highland Greenz address is near RGA Tech Park, Chikkanayakana Halli Rd., Sarjapur, Bengaluru. It is very well connected to the main roads so you can definitely pay a visit and then decide whether to invest here or not.

The DSR Highland Greenz is really a good project but to be honest, I liked the
Macasa Emeraldoff Sarjapur Road more. Both are located in the same locality, Sarjapur but I feel Macasa Emerald is better as
The apartments have no common walls between them
You will get 2 and 2.5 BHKs only
The starting price of the apartments is Rs 91 lakhs (all inclusive)
In fact, compared to the price, Macasa Emerald has more spacious apartments within almost the same budget range. Here is floorplan:

I also asked the builder team about the DSR Highland Greenz construction status. They informed me that this project is an under-construction project. The approximate area of a 2 BHK is 875 sq. ft – 1210 sq. ft., and the approximate area of a 3 BHK is 1239 sq. ft – 1422 sq. ft. Also, DSR Highland Greenz is expected to offer a total number of 900 flats.

I’d like to answer your query. I discussed the same with the builder team, who informed us that the project, DSR Highland Greenz, is not near a public cemetery or burial place. At Harlur & Panathur lies the cemetery. Additionally, there is a sizable empty space that very clearly separates the location where these activities take place from the project's boundary wall. As this project is an under-construction one, I also enquired about the DSR Highland Greenz completion date. To this, I got to know that the expected DSR Highland Greenz possession date is by March 2026. According to the structural specifications, there will be 1 B + G + 12 FLOORS.

I booked an apartment here for investment purposes. It is because I believe that the DSR Highland Greenz location would help me draw a high rate of interest. The location is extremely beneficial, considering it is conveniently located and surrounded by tech parks like Wipro, RGA Tech Park, and Electronic City - all within a 2.5 km radius.
However, one of my friends informed me that there is a graveyard near the project. Can anyone please let me know about the authenticity of this information?

Let me give you the inner story of this project in this DSR Highland Greenz review. Before you plan on investing here, please clarify the price of the apartments. My friend visited this project just a few months ago and learned that the prices mentioned in their brochure are not true.
A number of hidden charges will be levied on the price of the apartments once you are on the verge of purchasing them. He went to book an apartment within Rs 80 lakh, but after the sales team mentioned all the charges, he came to realise that the actual price for the apartment he was planning to buy would rise to Rs 87 lakh. Trust me, the price is way too high compared to other apartments available in Sarjapur by similar builders and configurations. He was totally disappointed, and so am I. I would hence ask you not to believe any DSR Highland Greenz review blindly. Visit the project and invest here only if you are 100% sure.
