Elixir Reserve price is just too much. Rs 2.35 Crores for a 2 BHK?
L&T Realty is a well-known real estate developer who are in the market since 2011 but still I believe the apartments are quite costly. Also, note that the 2 BHK apartments here are between 650 sq ft to 820 sq ft which itself denotes that the apartments ARE NOT SPACIOUS AT ALL.
I have nothing to say more about this project in this
