  • Project Registration: For residential and commercial projects with a proposed development area of more than 500 square meters, the fee is Rs. 10 per square meter.

  • If the project has more than eight apartments (including all phases), the RERA project registration fees will be the same.

What is the Fees for Rera Registration in Karnataka?

  • Group Housing Project:

The projected development area is not to exceed 1,000 square metres.

Rs.5/square meter

Projects where more than 1,000 square metres of land are being proposed for development

Rs.10/square meter (maximum of Rs.5 lakh)

  • Mixed Development (commercial and residential) Project:

The projected development area is not to exceed 1,000 square metres.

Rs.10/square meter

Projects where more than 1,000 square metres of land are being proposed for development

Rs.15/square meter (maximum of Rs.7 lakh)

  • Commercial Projects:

The projected development area is not to exceed 1,000 square metres.

Rs.20/square meter

Projects where more than 1,000 square metres of land are being proposed for development

Rs.25/square meter (maximum of Rs.10 lakh)

  • Plotted Development Projects:

The total plot area is Rs. 5 per square metre. The maximum cost is Rs. 5 lakh.

If a real estate agent is an individual, he must pay Rs. 25,000 as registration costs under the RERA Act for Karnataka Real Estate Agents. The registration fee in all other situations is Rs. 2 lakh.

The Maharashtra RERA registration fee is as follows:

  • The fee for a single or sole ownership of property is Rs.10,000.

  • The fee for sole ownership, partnership, society, limited partnerships, a private company, or a public corporation is Rs.1,000,000.

The officials will issue a RERA registration certificate within 30 days after receiving the mentioned application and fee. The company location should show the RERA registration certificate.
