What is the Godrej Nest Review Kandivali East Mumbai?

Two months back, I went to the Godrej Nest location with my best friend to have a detailed look. It is in my opinion, a reasonably priced property. After reviewing the Godrej Nest price list, amenities, and floor plans, I intend to reserve a 2 BHK flat. However, my friend has booked 1 BHK flat of 428 sq ft at that moment. Along with all the formalities, it will take me around Rs. 1.4 Crores. According to what I saw, the development is proceeding at a normal pace. December 2024 is the Godrej Nest Possession Date. My only wish is to take ownership on the expected day.

The Godrej Nest address is Godrej Nest, near Garib Nawaz Masjid, Akruli Rd, Hanuman Nagar, Kandivali East, Mumbai 400101. Recently, my uncle and I went to the location. This is not far from where my aunt’s working place. She works as a nurse at the nearby LiveHospital, which is 1.6 kilometers from this project. My uncle is planning to reserve a 600 square foot 2 BHK flat after looking at the project plan. The Godrej Nest completion date he got is December 2024. The RERA has approved this project. If someone else has already been to the site, please let us know your opinion.

My visit to this project did not quite go well, so here is what I need to say in my

review-

• The number of amenities is too less compared to other projects in this area.

• Their starting price is 1 crore plus for 1 BHK, which is too expensive.

• There is no balcony provided with the apartments, which was enough for me to say no.

Above all, their sales team is not at all cooperative. They are very casual and show no interest in letting you know about the details of the apartments here. 

I did not feel they were providing premium apartments, though they are a well-known brand, so I will not suggest you all spend your hard-earned money here.

Kandivali is quite a good place for investment in real estate, and since this project is being developed by the renowned Godrej builder, it will be worth investing in. I am working in an office in Kandivali, so let me share what locational advantages you will get if you move into this project here in this Godrej Nest review-

• MG Estate Bus Station - 1.1 km

• Swasth Dawakhana - Kranti Nagar - within 1 km

• Dr Ajays Homeopathy Clinic within 600 mt

• Maharani Saibai Vidya Mandir - within 1.1 km

• Institute of Technology & Business Management - within 700 mt

• PVR - Growels Mall within 3.7 km

• Sanjay Cable Vision is within 1 km

• Whispering Shopping Centre- 1.3 km

• Yaa garib nawaz - 3 km

• Real Bachat Bazar - 1 km

• BB-MUMBAI- KANDIVALI(EAST)-GROWEL'S - 3.7 km

These are some of the places I can remember as of now, but there are many more. You will get to supermarkets, entertainment hubs, bus stations, and more very easily from here. Transportation will never be an issue here.

I checked out Goderj Nest project a few months ago since my brother is looking for a 2 BHK and pretty much liked it. Here are some of the aspects I would like to share in this Godrej Nest review-

All the apartments in this project are spacious and will cater to mesmerising city skyline views

• The project will have 4 towers with 1, 2, and 3 BHKs.

• You will get RFID Enables Campus with 7-Tier Security Features here.

• The price of the apartments is between Rs 1.3 crore and Rs 2.2 crore.

• There are 553 apartments available in this project.

• The project is RERA approved and free of any kind of legal dispute.

I really liked the project, and its diversity of apartments with amazing views is what most of us crave. Yes, I will recommend investing here highly as per your choice.
