What is the Godrej Tranquil Review Kandivali East Mumbai?

My parents visited here after going through the Godrej Tranquil, Kandivali reviews on Google. It is a gated community, and a RERA-registered project, and the RERA No is P51800000812. They are providing 1, and 2 BHK homes. The Godrej Tranquil price ranges from Rs. 1.64 Crores to Rs. 1.92 Crores. It is a ready-to-move property and the Godrej Tranquil Possession Date was in June 2023. However, one of my friends told me that a crematorium is located very close to this society and can be seen through the refuge area located on the 14th floor. So I’d really appreciate it if someone could provide some information about the same.

People who are willing to invest in the Kandivali area of Mumbai should visit this project. Akurli Cross Rd, Kandivali, Gokul Nagar, Kandivali East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400101 is the Godrej Tranquil address. I am impressed by the Godrej Tranquil location. Let me share some of the locational advantages;

• Kandivali Station is only 2.3 Km

• Upcoming 16.5 Kms Long Mumbai Metro Rail From Andheri

• Jeevan Jyoti Hospital Is Within Close Proximity

• Close to Oberoy, Thakur, Ryan International School

To me amenities matter a lot so I tried to know what sort of amenities Godrej Tranquil provides. They are charging crores so everyone, interested in this project must know the list of amenities. I am going to share some here but will be glad if you all could mention more or correct me if required. So this project has

• Outdoor gym

• Basketball court

• Multipurpose lawn

• Outdoor creche area

• Library

• Senior citizens’ area

• Security

• Green lawn and more

As of now this is all I can mention in this Godrej Tranquil Review.

I am not sure whether it happened with someone else or not but when I called them, they mentioned quite a low price and insisted that I visit them the next day. On the next day when I went, they increased the value by almost Rs 50k. They will go on adding some charges which you might have never heard of even. Another aspect I did not like is the neighborhood. You will find several slums near it so I personally feel the project and the area both need rigorous development. I will advise you to not trust any Godrej Tranquil Review until you go there and check it out by yourself.

Godrej Tranquil is providing 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments at a reasonable price. You can start booking your apartments here till March 2024. Since my husband is very interested in this project, I have noted down as many details as I could. Let me share the price and sq ft of the apartments that I got to know here:
