Its RERA possession is set for December 2026 but the target Grand Exotica Tathawade possession date is April 2026
The Grand Exotica Tathawade 3BHK price starts from Rs 87.5 lakh onwards and you will need to pay a maintenance fee of around Rs 6K
I am happy with the project’s overall features and will rate it 4/ 5 in this Grand Exotica review.

The Grand Exotica Tathawade location in a prime area of Tathawade is what I liked the most. I visited the project in February and faced no connectivity issues at all. Don’t you think it is small? I do and that is why I dropped my plan of buying an apartment here. I found the
Millennium Pacificproject in the same location better. It is much more spacious. The 2 BHKs start here from 779 sq ft, with a carpet area of 650 sq ft. So visit a few projects in this area and then decide which will be better
