I had a terrible experience sending items from Mumbai to Trivandrum with India Cargo Packers and Movers. Despite clear instructions for items needing special care, they provided a small truck and handled the goods carelessly. This resulted in broken glass crockeries and a damaged microwave. Their response was unprofessional, claiming ignorance of which packages needed careful handling. They refused to admit fault. Pathetic service, especially given the high charges.
