Hey, I applied for a home loan at IOB about six weeks ago and can share the Indian Overseas Bank home loan processing fee with you. 

What is the IOB Home Loan Processing Fee?

I first inquired about the home loan processing fee along with the other features of the home loan. I found that the Indian Overseas Bank charges a home loan processing fee of up to 0.50%, with the amount having a maximum limit of Rs. 25,000.

I also know the eligibility criteria for getting a home loan through the bank, which I will write below for your ease.

What are the Eligibility Criteria for Home Loan?

1. You must not be aged above 55 years. However, you may be considered up to the age of 60 years if the legal heirs join in with you.

2. The loan must be repaid before you turn 70 years of age.

3. A permanent job with at least 2 to 3 years of experience is needed if you are a salaried applicant.

4. A minimum of 3 years of business activity is needed if you are self-employed.
