It is hard to rely on any Ira Aspiration
Review as they tend to delay the possession date. They are set to hand over the apartments in 2023 December but I think it can get delayed a bit further. I also feel that it is a bit remote. You won’t get cabs, autos, or vehicles very easily here. However, I visited this project a long way back so I hope things will get better soon. I would suggest you pay a visit here if you are really interested in investing here and then decide whether to have a property here or not.

Ira Aspiration is a RERA-approved project and its ID is
P01100002880. I checked out this project early this year and got to know about some of its specifications like
All the apartments are Vastu compliant
The master bedroom walls are painted with oil-bound distemper and it looks so elegant
For the bedrooms’ floorings they have used vitrified tiles
You will get modular kitchens in all apartments
The project has used RCC frame structure
Overall I liked the construction materials used and the beautiful execution of the project as of now. I will be glad if you too can share one
