I would honestly say that the project has something fishy. The sales team never addresses any queries and the worst part is they are not willing to provide detailed information. One of my friends visited the project and said that the construction materials are very poor and they were not answered properly. I myself soon contacted them and it was true. They avoid questions as much as they can. In fact the rates are higher compared to the other projects near it. Their customer service is very poor so I am not going to spend lakhs here. If location interests you, you can definitely opt for it but do check everything before spending your money here. This is all I can say for my K Town review.

K Town is under construction and is all set to welcome people from 2025, yes 3 years later so if you are planning to get an apartment here, be sure to check the details throughout these 3years regularly. It is RERA approved and its ID is P52100028608. The project has 3 buildings with 288 units in total and is spread across 10 acres of land and is spacious enough to let dwellers live freely. You can get 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK apartments here having an area of about 736sq ft to 1035sq ft. The apartments start from about Rs 59 Lakhs to Rs. 77 Lakhs approximately so price is quite okay I believe. This is all I can say for my K Town review as of now. Obviously we’ll get to know more once we get possession.

I am writing this K Town review as I think everyone should know about this project in prime location of Kiwale. For me, location is highly favorable. I personally also believe that a mall can be far but not a hospital from the house you are living in. My child studies in S.B Patil Public school and the project is quite near it, about only 2.4km away. I would like to state several other locations so that you can have an idea what things you can get if you live here.
Bank of Baroda is within 500mt
Ram Mandir is 110 mt away
D Mart is only 1.1km from the project
Shree Hospital is mere 3.3 km away
Dehu Road Police Station is 3.6km away
Chinchwad junction us about 9.1km away
I believe this is one of the top most projects being in progress now so you must check it yourself if these details interest you.
