A few weeks back, I got a call from a friend who said that someone he knows was selling their 3 BHK apartment in this project. Since I was looking for a 3 BHK apartment, he informed me about it. He also told me about the Kalpataru Hills address, which was Manpada, Tikuji Ni Wadi Rd, Manpada, Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra 400607.
I visited the project and checked out the apartment. I found the apartment to be very spacious and there was a lot of natural light in it. The layout of the apartment was according to my preference. I asked the person about the Kalpataru Hills price, which he told me was Rs. 2.75 Crore. Though it was slightly expensive for me, I planned to purchase the apartment as it was to my liking.

My first impression of the project after visiting it was really nice, and I looked around to learn more about it. The project has a really nice swimming pool, a children\'s play area, a spa, a clubhouse, a garden area, etc. Since these were to my liking as well, I got in touch with a salesperson and asked him about the Kalpataru Hills price of a 2BHK. They told me that the price was somewhere around Rs. 1.3 Crore and the carpet area was around 990 sq. ft. I asked the salesperson whether it was RERA-approved. He provided me with the Kalpataru Hills RERA number, which was P51700000584. I bought the apartment after this.

Hi Vikas, I recently booked a 2 BHK apartment here, and I can share my Kalpataru Hills price reviews. First, I bought a 2 BHK apartment here for Rs. 1.35 Crore. To be honest, one of the primary reasons I bought this apartment was because of the builder. The quality of the properties developed by them is quite good.
My sister is staying in one property developed by this builder, Kalpataru Limited and I loved the build quality of that project. This one also has a similar build quality, and along with that, it\'s also in a good locality in my view. This property is around 7 acres, and according to me, it\'s one of the best places to raise your kids.
