What is the Klassik Landmark Phase 3 Review Junnasandra Bangalore?

I visited this project, and the Klassik Landmark price compared to the list of amenities it will be providing is also justifiable. The 3 BHK apartments start here at Rs 1.46 crore, and the highest price is limited to Rs 1.49 crore. Here are some of the major features of this project-

• Grand spacious clubhouse

• Kaveri water connection available 24*7

• GAIL pipeline

• Department store

• Card room

• Toddlers and adults’ pools

• Searing area

• Billiards

There are more than 30 amenities, so you will have everything handy. The project was launched just last year, and it is astonishing to see that this phase will be ready within this year by December. I highly recommend people check it out once if they are really interested in buying a 3 or 4 BHK property. But a word of caution, do ensure that the project construction quality is top notch.

Klassik Landmark Phase 3 is an under construction project in Junnasandra, Off Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. I got a chance to check it out myself just last month and learned these things about the project from the team present there:

• RERA approved 3 and 4 BHK luxurious apartments only

• There will be 236 apartments spread across two towers

• Each tower will have 2B+G+14 floors

• You will enjoy 80% of free space here

• The apartments will have 270 degree 

• 4 apartments per floor will be there

• Balconies will be either east or west facing

I quite liked the sample apartment, and the Klassik Landmark address is also easily accessible. It is located off Amritha College Of Engineering, Choodasandra, in Junnasandra,Bangalore. I hope to come across positive Klassik Landmark reviews to finally arrive at a decision to invest here. 

I would really like to highlight how disappointed I am with this project in this Klassik Landmark review. My best friend lives in another phase of this project as a tenant, and on her birthday, I send her a cake at night. To my utter surprise, I came to learn that her society does not allow doorstep delivery after 11 p.m., so I had to call her up and ask her to collect it herself. It was really shocking to hear about such rules. So if you are planning to invest here, make sure there is no such rule for Phase 3 as well.

This project has some other negative aspects I have heard of, like-

• Its construction quality is very poor and several balconies are witnessing cracks

• Builder maintenance is not at all good and is not transparent as well

• A lot of people have already faced legal issues with the builder while speaking the truth, so I will not suggest anyone invest here. You can visit it and check it out yourself.
