Please keep in mind that this project’s possession date is 2027, 5 years from now so I would suggest you wait a few more years. Yes It is absolutely stunning and Kohinoor groups also have their name in the market but don’t take a decision so hastily. A lot of things are yet to be planned or done. Having greenery all around is not what all you want I guess. I myself love their idea of getting inspired by 5 elements of nature: water, fire, wind, earth and space but it is too early to opt for it without getting a better look of it. Please pay a visit to this project yourself. Kohinoor Kaleido is not located in Kharadi but can be said to be in Wagholi actually. I visited the project and they are simply looting people. The bathroom tiles are of very poor quality. And trust me, the projects near it provide more budget-friendly apartments than this. Also I have heard that there is a major issue relating to the Gold Token and refund so please do not invest in this project until you are very sure about it.
