We checked out the 3 BHK on sale in Kohinoor Viva in August and would like to give you a quick review. A friend of ours who is in this business suggested we visit and the project really suited us. The Kohinoor Viva City price starts at Rs. 69 lakhs, but for the 3 BHK, you can expect a rate of Rs 82 lakhs and upwards. The area of the house is pretty spacious, with an area of 1250 sq. ft.

The amenities here are immense. There’s an aerobics room, a spa/sauna, housekeeping, an amphitheatre, a sewage treatment plant and more. We also checked the Kohinoor Viva City RERA number, which is P52100032086, so there is no legal issue as far as we can see. We were concerned about the possession date, so we went ahead and asked for it.  Luckily, the Kohinoor Viva City possession date matches our timeline, which is December 2026.

Hi Bratatee, I recently booked a  2 BHK apartment here. I can share my Kohinoor Viva City review to tell you about all the aspects that convinced me to go ahead with the house. This project is being developed in DN Parande Park Marg in Dhanori, which is a good locality in my view. To talk about the Kohinoor Viva City unit configuration, you’ll find 2 and 3 BHK flats here with a total of 81 units in 6 buildings. One of the things that we are happy with is the space. The Kohinoor Viva City unit size has a carpet area of 794 sq. ft. for the 2 BHK, which is decent. Overall, this is a good place to be in. So, if you’re looking for 12 or 3 BHK apartments, Kohinoor Viva City can be a good pick.

So we contacted the builder team of Viva City a month ago to know more about the offerings here. I first inquired about the Kohinoor Viva City unit size, which comprises 81 units spread across 3.5 acres. The main attraction for us out of all was the amenities here. There are fitness and wellness zones, a swimming pool, a gym, a sports pavilion, a bonding zone, a party lawn, a senior citizen’s area, co-work spaces and much more.

Talking about the Kohinoor Viva City possession date, it is dated December 2026, which is a little late for us. So, we are considering

Pride Wellington

as another option.

Hello. My partner and I went to check out this project by Kohinoor Builders which is located in Dhanori. They have 2 BHK flats with a decent carpet area of 680 sq. ft. I like the location as a whole as Dhanori is well connected to areas such as Viman Nagar and Vishrantwadi. Apart from this, I can reach my office in Kalyani Nagar in a decent time due to the short distance from society. 

As far as the Kohinoor Viva City RERA number is concerned, the number is P52100032086. I am going to talk it out with everyone in the family to decide whether we should go with this or look for further options. I recommend you try it out once to see if it fits you.

I will suggest that you not trust Kohinoor Viva City reviews blindly. I myself did not have a pleasant experience here. I went with my daughter to check out this project and asked the sales team to show me the demo flat, but they were not at all welcoming. They posed several questions, like what is my budget, what job I do, and all may be to make sure I was capable of buying an apartment here. It was very disappointing.

I also came across a person who had gone there to get his refund. They assured him that a 100% refund would be given on cancellation, but it seems they did not keep their words.

So please invest here only if you are 100% sure.

Kohinoor Viva City is a project being constructed in Dhanori, Pune. I have not visited the project, but location wise let me assure you that it is good. I live near the SJS Mall, and this project is just 2 km from there. You will face no communication issues this year. I have been living here for over a decade, and never in my life have I waited too long for a cab or auto. Other primary places located near this project are-

  • Air Force Station- 4.2 km

  • Pune Airport- within 5.3 km

  • D.s Matoshri- 12.5 km

  • Orchid Hospital- 1.7 km

  • Family Doctor's Clinic (Dr.Hemant Kate)- 2.1 km

  • Govt. Marathi Medium School- 3.4 km

  • EuroKids Pre-School-1.7 km

  • SmartKidz Preschool-1.8 km

  • Shemrock Genius Playschool- 2.1km

  • A Fine Portrait Photography Studio- within 2.5 km

  • Fm Flims.- 5.3 km

  • Atlantis city- 1.3 km

  • Sai Men's Boutique- 1.8km

These are the major places I visit, so I know their location precisely. In short, you will get schools, malls, restaurants, markets, and more very easily in this area, so investing in any project here is going to be worth it. I have heard several good Kohinoor Viva City reviews as well from my neighbours, so I will suggest interested people check it out once and finalise the deal.
