Nothing can be said much about this project and honestly do not believe any Krystal One review blindly without cross-checking it yourself. This project will get completed by next year’s end and as of now, a lot of work is yet to be done. Don’t know how things are gonna pan out on that front. That being said, the project location is in close proximity to the Pune Nashik Road and Alandi Road, within 0.5 km so transportation will not be an issue here.

I had been hearing a lot about
Krystal One hence visited this project to know more about it. This project is offering 2 BHK premium apartments and is currently under construction. Here is the possession date they have set as of now-
Phase 1 of this project will be completed by October 2024
Phase 2 of this project will be completed by August 2025
Krystal One is constructed by the Rama Group, a real estate developer who has been in this field for more than three decades. They enjoy a decent reputation in terms of project delivery so I have my hopes up.
I am quite interested in this project so if I can, I will share another Krystal One review after my next visit there.
