What is the Lodha Marq Review?

When I was searching for the gated society in Tardeo, Mumbai, I came across this project. I checked their official website and called the sales team to inquire about the complete details. When I asked the salesperson about the Lodha Marq Tardeo construction status, he informed me it is under construction. He also informed me that there are several advantages of Lodha Marq Tardeo location. Some of them are as follows:

• Altamount road - 5 to 6 mins drive

• Peddar road - 5 to 6 mins drive

• Willingdon Sports Club - 8 to 10 mins drive

• Palladium Mall and St. Regis - 15 mins drive

• Mahalaxmi Racecourse - 10 mins drive

• Four Seasons Hotel - 15 mins drive

• Kamala Mills - 15 to 20 mins drive

• Bandra – Worli Sea Link - 15 to 20 mins drive

• Upcoming Mumbai Coastal Road - 12 to 15 mins drive

The Lodha Marq Tardeo unit size is 1.5 acres. One thing that attracted me towards this project is that it is surrounded by greenery, which will make it extremely healthy for you and your family. Overall, I loved this project and am planning to book a 3 BHK flat here.

I recently visited this project and let me inform you that it is going to be an extremely beautiful project. For 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments, the price range is Rs. 13 Crores to Rs. 24 Crores. The project spreaded over 1.5 acres and is registered under RERA. The Lodha Marq Tardeo RERA number is P51900046132.

Lodha Marq in South Mumbai is conveniently close to both the new coastline route and the Bandra-Worli Sea connection. It is situated in the posh Cumbala Hill area at Tardeo. The Lodha Marq Tardeo unit configuration is as follows:
