What is the Mahendra Aarya Review Electronic City Phase 2 Bangalore?

I was looking for some resale properties when I came across a few Mahendra Aarya reviews. From them, I learned about a few properties available there. I have added a list of those below. 

These seemed to be within my budget, and I visited the project. During the visit, I came to know about a few amenities of the project. Some of them that stood out to me are the butterfly garden, BBQ area, garden co-working space, pet park, and rooftop infinity swimming pool. I also asked about the Mahendra Aarya RERA number, which is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/210408/004106. After this, I bought the 2 BHK apartment from them.

I was aware of the fact that Mahendra Homes is one of the best builders in Bangalore and have made projects such as Mahendra Aarna and Elena. So, while going through their page, I learned that the project is pretty close to a few good locations. Some of those are Gold Coins Club & Resort (1.5 km), Heelalige Railway Station (1.6 km), St. Joseph Chaminade Academy (350m), Ittina Neela Shopping Complex (1.4km), Mazumdar Shaw Medical Center (4.3 km), NH 48 (5 km). I visited the Mahendra Aarya address, which is next to St. Joseph Chaminade Academy, Glass Factory Layout, Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore. 

After arriving there, I learned that the possession date is in December 2025. I also enquired about the Mahendra Aarya price, which their representative said on offer, it is starting from Rs. 99 Lakhs. After this, I bought a 3 BHK apartment from them.

I visited this project only after hearing a Mahendra Aarya review from a friend, and I really loved it. The best part of this project is its location. Be it your IT company, highways and roads, social infrastructure, and more, you will get everything near it. Here is the list of places I noted that are located near this project-

I am desperate to live away from the hustle and bustle of city life in a green environment. My husband also faces breathing difficulties; hence, we are all set to buy an apartment here. I would really like to share some of the most extraordinary features of this project in this Mahendra Aarya reviews-

This project will have 3 residential towers with 2 and 3 BHKs only

• The total number of apartments here will be 662 (2 basements + ground floor + 14 floors)

• It has a total area of 9.42 acres with 82% open space

• You will get no shared walls in the apartments here

• The bay windows ensure good ventilation

• The upcoming metro station is just 8 mins from this project

• All the apartments are Vastu compliant

• There will be 50+ amenities available here

This project is simply awesome, and I encourage you all to visit it at least once.

I visited Mahendra Aarya and noted some serious construction issues. They have not used branded construction materials as a result of which you can witness seepage issues in this new project. Their maintenance charges are also quite a good amount of money which I believe is not justified. Also, let me tell you that the project Mahendra Aarna constructed by the same builder that is MAHENDRA HOMES is also not quite good and has a lot of complaints. I hence will request you all to think wisely and then take a decision. There is nothing much I can say about this project in this Mahendra Aarya review and will rate it 2/ 5.
