What is the Mahendra Aarya Review Electronic City Phase 2 Bangalore?

Avoid purchasing properties from Mahendrahomes due to poor post-sale support. Despite purchasing a Tower C flat during the 2021 prelaunch, handover is still pending as of March 2024. Access to the site is restricted until registration and key handover, with limited validation inspections allowed. 1 or 2 inspections for one hour. Discrepancies exist between the floor plan and the actual flat measurements. The demo flat in the front office is misleadingly decorated, differing significantly from the actual flats. Tons of attempts to contact the CRM via emails - calls - messages.. or anyone else yield no response, except when convenient for them. Tower C lacks amenities, with promises of amenities only upon completion of Towers B and A in 2025, information omitted by the sales team. The quality of the flats is not satisfactory, Be careful before investing for flat. Mr. Venkatesh, the CRM Lead, provides unsatisfactory support, Can't imagine what to say about him. Transparency is lacking, with neglect apparent in Tower C while prioritizing Tower B sales. All expenses for registration, including br|bes and services, are borne by the buyer. The sale deed is manipulated to favor Mahendra's interests, potentially causing issues for future owners. Overall, the experience with Mahendrahomes is thoroughly dissatisfying.

I visited Mahendra Aarya and noted some serious construction issues. They have not used branded construction materials as a result of which you can witness seepage issues in this new project. Their maintenance charges are also quite a good amount of money which I believe is not justified. Also, let me tell you that the project Mahendra Aarna constructed by the same builder that is MAHENDRA HOMES is also not quite good and has a lot of complaints. I hence will request you all to think wisely and then take a decision. There is nothing much I can say about this project in this Mahendra Aarya review and will rate it 2/ 5.
