What is the Majestique Rhythm County Review Hadapsar Pune?

It's a request not to book any apartment without checking a sample apartment in Majestique Rhythm County. They are not only taking 50% money but also taking in advance 2-years maintenance charge. Some other aspects which I did not like about this project are

• The rooms are smaller compared to other projects nearby 

• You will face water problems since the well water they are planning to provide is someone else’s property and the owner is not interested in sharing his property

• The pool or other amenities are not up to the mark

You can check this project yourself and then decide. But in this Majestique Rhythm County review, I will rate the project 2/ 5.

The Majestique Rhythm County offers extraordinary amenities like

• Pool table

• Chess and carrom board

• Dar board

• Fussball

• Designer Gazebo

• Luxurious Atmos Theatre

• Designer water bodies

• Designer landscape Entrance gate

You won’t get such special amenities that are also within such a price range very easily. My brother is very much interested in buying an apartment here so we will check out this project very soon again. If possible I will share more details in another Majestique Rhythm County review. 

Majestique Rhythm County is a new project being constructed in the

Hadapsar-Handewadi area. I have checked out the project and it is pretty good. They are providing 2 BHK from Rs 45.90 Lakhs and 3 BHK from Rs 55.90 lakhs. We wanted to book a 2 BHK there and got to know that we need to pay 50% now and the rest is to be paid after we get possession of the property. We are planning to finalise the deal by January 2023.

Let me tell you that they won’t be able to complete the project before 1st December 2024 so you can take your time and then decide whether to invest here or not. This is all I can say in this
