I personally feel that Mana Uber Verdant is charging quite a lot from the people. Other apartments here are available at a lower price to be honest. I have not visited this project personally but my sister has and she is not quite convinced. So it's better to wait a bit and then comment whether one should invest lacs here or not.

I got to know that Mana Uber Verdant is providing 2 and 3 BHK apartments starting from Rs 80 Lakhs to Rs 1. 27 Crs and the booking amount is only Rs 2 Lacs. Honestly I feel that the price is very decent based on the place it is located. The carpet area of the apartments ranges from 1290 sq. ft. to 1974 sq. ft which states that the apartments are quite spacious. I visited the project in March and it was not quite developed but now it has developed a lot.

This is all I can say of now. I am quite  interested in this project myself so would love to share another Mana Uber Verdant Review after visiting it again.

I believe one must extract all details they can about a project from the RERA ID they get. For Mana Uber Verdant review of mine let me share its RERA Id which is: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/190525/002575. The possession date they have set as of now is June 2024. I might visit it soon so I will try to share some more reviews as well.
