I was looking for a property in Mulund West, Mumbai and I came across this Metro Saraswati Paradise project. My kid’s school NES International School is just 2 km away from this project. Also, I found that there are many schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and super markets nearby. It is RERA approved and the Metro Saraswati Paradise RERA number is P51800051636.

There are two really tall towers comprising 244 units within an amazing gated community. This place exudes spaciousness not only in terms of square footage but also in its lofty 10.3-foot ceilings that encourage people to live large and dream big. The Metro Saraswati Paradise impressed me with its eight levels of surface parking lots, elegant lobby, six high-speed elevators and one service lift. Within the society, I discovered a Jain Mandir as well.
Hence, I booked a 2 BHK here and the Metro Saraswati Paradise 2 BHK price for my 982 sq ft is Rs 1.72 Crores.
The Metro Saraswati Paradise possession date I received is Apr 2026. I will rate it 4 out of 5.

My in-laws and I recently went to the Metro Saraswati Paradise location. It is among the best societies, in my opinion, for families. The society is wonderfully planned and carefully managed. It has several features that will appeal to every family member, including a party space, home theatre, lift, gym, and children's play area. Aside from this, I appreciate that this project has features like an Italian marble lobby, DG power backup, charging stations at every parking space, video door phones, RFID tags for resident vehicles with secure entry, and more.
We found that the Metro Saraswati Paradise 3 BHK price was affordable given its amenities and location. We thus reserved a 3BHK here.
