For almost a year, my husband and I have been looking for a nice 2.5-BHK, and that is when we came across this project. Modern Engrace has several extraordinary features that automatically get highlighted. Its most famous feature is its 25,000 sq ft clubhouse. Can you imagine how spacious it is? I have never visited any clubhouse this huge. Some other features of this project that I would like to share in this Modern Engrace review are-

• You will get 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments here

• Both car and bike parking space is available here

• The project is spread across 7 acres of land

I overall liked this project and would suggest interested people check it out for sure. 

Do not believe any Modern Engrace review blindly. I checked out the demo apartment with my friend once, and it looked so spacious. However, when I returned home, I discovered that the project will offer apartments ranging in size from 1304 to 2091 square feet. The demo apartment was 2 BHK, but as per the floor plan, it seemed that the same space had been allotted to 3 BHK. The demo apartment is nothing but a false depiction of their apartments, a strategy to attract customers. Some other problems of this project are-

• It lacks a properly planned drainage system

• There are very few lights in the corridors which sometimes will make you feel uncomfortable

• You can see electrical wiring everywhere on the walls

• They have not yet got the Occupancy Certificate

Visit the project and then decide whether investing lakhs here is worth it or not.
