What is the Mumbai XL Review Kandivali West Mumbai?

I personally believe that one should know all the amenities of a project before investing crores in it. My friend seemed to be very interested in Mumbai XL so I checked out this property on behalf of her. I talked with the project officials there and noted down some great amenities they mentioned and those are:

• Rainwater harvesting

• Spacious and well decorated party area

• Intercom

• Skating rink

• Amphitheatre

• Shopping centre

• Library having different books from different genres and more

I initially wondered why they are charging crores for 2 BHK but trust me the money is nothing in front of these ample number of amenities. I would still ask you to recheck this Mumbai XL review before investing here.

The Mumbai XL is a residential project located in

Kandivali West Mumbai which spreads across 1 acre of land. Since my husband and I want to buy a new house. We checked out this project a few months back and overall it's a great project to invest in. They are providing Vastu-compliant 2 BHK apartments that have a carpet area of about 620 sq to 710 sq ft. It has a total of 165 units. I asked about the price and they said It is going to be between Rs 1.3 Crores to Rs 1.8 crores as per the size of the apartment. However the project is still under construction and though they stated they will hand over the possession of the apartments by 2024, I think they will delay. I am therefore waiting a bit more and shall visit it again soon. For now, this is all I can say in this

There are certain things I did not like in Mumbai XL and those are:

It is a composite building where SRA people will get the shop and its lack of compound walls. We tried convincing them to look after the matter but they said that it is as per the standard agreement which you will get to see while registering an apartment here.

However, I still will admit that the project is in a prime location. Let me share some locational details to give you an idea about its exact place

Kandivali station- 24km

• Malwani Gate No 1 Bus Stop- 2.4km

• Valnai Village- 1.6km

• Grace Maternity & Nursing Home- 0.8km

• Nobel Hospital-0.9km

• Chand Bunglow- 0.6km

• INOX the oe- 2.6km
