What is the Navins Sankalpa, Adyar, Chennai Reviews?

My father recently made the booking of a 3 BHK flat and the Navins Sankalpa 3 BHK price for our 1133 sq ft property was Rs 2.27 crores. What he loved in this project is that there is a designated space for parking cars for every flat. Also, there is an advanced intercom system, solar power, rainwater harvesting, and power backup systems. 

He also mentioned the payment process under his Navins Sankalpa review, which I shared below:

• On Booking - 10%

• Within 30 days of booking - 50%

• Upon laying foundation stage - 10%

• Upon laying respective roof slab - 15%

• Upon commencement of internal plastering - 10%

• Before final handover - 5%

The Navins Sankalpa possession date I received is February 2026. I will rate it 5.

Sharing my Navins Sankalpa review with you all. I made the booking of 3 BHK flats here last month. I really loved this project and want to appreciate their sales team. They were so kind and helpful. My entire booking process was smooth because of them. Let me tell you this complex has received RERA approval and the Navins Sankalpa RERA number is TN/29/ Building/0048/2024 | TN/01/ Building/ 0246/2022. Overall I will rate this project 4.

I went to this project with my friend recently. We loved the Navins Sankalpa location. It can be found in Adyar, Chennai, Kasturibai Nagar, close to the IndusInd Bank. Lattice Brg. Road, Sardar Patel Road, Chennai Trichy Highway, and the Rajiv Gandhi IT Expressway are the routes that lead to this project. Additionally, we found using public transport is hassle-free. We liked that they are providing double charged vitrified tiles in living, dining & bedroom.

Since it's a beach region, there are many activities to do for relaxation. The neighboring beaches have enough peace and beauty to make daily stress go away. IMAX, Jazz Cinemas, Phoenix Marketcity, and S Mall are places where you can hang out.
