Please don't waste your money on this project. They promised us to provide proper maintenance but it seems a myth. They are too reluctant to pay any heed. In fact a few residents had given maintenance charges but not provided with the service for which they have even filed legal suits. Water leakage problems are in every apartment and we are regretting having opted for this project. At least I will give this project 1/ 5 rating in my

NCC Urban Gardenia is providing ready to move-in flats and I personally think that the price is quite affordable. The 4 and 5 BHK flats are spacious with an area of 3347 sq ft and 4152 sq ft respectively. The best part is all the apartments are built as per the Vastu norms. O have overall loved the project and as of now, this is all I can say in this NCC Urban Gardenia Review. You can definitely check it out yourself and then decide.
