I have heard that this project has some legal issues as well. I do not know exactly what sort of issues it is facing but they do not provide what they show in their ads and brochures. My aunt lived here but moved out since her apartment had a severe water leakage problem in her washroom. She also stated that the purchase amount was much greater than what was said when she first visited the project. She thought things would turn out well but they did not. Do not look at the amenities and go for it. Half of them are not available only. It is terrible, to be honest. Try to save yourself after reading my NCC Urban One review

My best friend has been staying in NCC Urban One since 2018 and I have found it a very decent project. They provide an ample number of amenities that you won’t find easily in other projects. Let me share some of them here:
Swimming pool
Sauna
Piped gas
Steam room
Water softener plant
Grocery shop
Billiards
Lawn tennis court
Toddler pool
Jogging track and more
I absolutely loved their entrance lounge and passages that were all in marble, granite, and vitrified tile on the floors. In toilets, they have used anti-skid ceramic tile so I assure you you won’t slip and fall easily. I visited an apartment to look at the features and saw the kitchen sink was of steel and there was an inlet for a water purifier as well. Overall they have used premium quality materials which were enough to please me and my husband.
You can rely on this NCC Urban One review but yes, do check it yourself before buying.

I absolutely dislike this project. There is no 24*7 electricity facility, poor water supply, tile quality is absolutely poor and more such cons. They are simply looting people. They will charge for maintenance but I do not know what they exactly do with that money. The apartments and the passage were dirty when I visited them in the month of July. And let me tell you, the sales team is pathetic. They will tell you different prices every time you visit it. On selecting an apartment, they will suddenly increase their prices per sq ft. This is all I can say for my NCC Urban One review.
