I have been looking for a 3 BHK apartment, and this project has been on my list. Nyati Elite completion date is around June 2024. I planned to visit the project recently to take a look at the floor plan that they have been marketing. . Here are the details for your reference:

These projects are located in Undri, but the latter is more affordable. The apartments at Majestique Park start at Rs 52.85 lakhs and go up to Rs 70.52 lakhs. But yes, it has only 2 and 3 BHK apartments. Since I am looking for a 3 BHK home, I am considering Majestique Park more.
