What is the Paranjape Forest Trails Review Bhugaon Pune?

A few weeks back, I visited the Paranjape Forest Trails address, which is in Bhugaon,Pune with my sister. She was interested in purchasing an apartment here. After our visit, we learned that it\'s ready to move property. First of all we went around the project and learned about the various amenities available there. Among those some of the Paranjape Forest Trails amenities that stood out to use were the open amphitheatre, squash courts and guest rooms. Following this, we spoke to the one of the sales representatives about the unit configuration. He informed me that they have 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments and gave us a tour of a 2 BHK apartment. My sister loved the apartment and following that she bought a # BHK apartment here.

I was looking for investment opportunities when I came across a few Paranjape Forest Trails reviews. From the reviews, I gained quite a lot of information about the project. The most important information was a list of resale properties available there. I have added the information below.

After learning about the Paranjape Forest Trails price, I visited the project location. During the visit, I enquired about the RERA number of the project. The Paranjape Forest Trails RERA number is P52100000067. This was enough information for me and after this I invested in a 2 BHK apartment there. 

Paranjape Forest Trails is worth investing in. When I visited this project in May 2022, I came to know that there were 11 towers under this project. You will find ready to move into apartments but most of them are under construction so I believe you will have to hurry booking if you are sure to invest here. We checked out a few apartments here and could note which towers are RERA approved as well. Here are their IDS:

The starting price of the apartments here is from Rs 63 lakhs onwards. I will await more Paranjape Forest Trails reviews though to ensure that I am investing in the right place.

I have checked out many projects to buy a flat and on my quest, I found Paranjape Forest Trails. I started my research and read a lot of

Paranjape Forest Trails reviews. I would say that among many things, some of the unique amenities got my attention. Let me share what they are with you:

• Mountain biking

• Cafes and shopping centre

• Archery

• Lifestyle club

• Fine dining area

• Pool tables

• Squash courts

• 3 badminton and 2 tennis courts

If you are looking for maximum amenities and a comfortable living amidst greenery, this could be your choice. I would suggest you to take a thorough look at the apartments and do your due diligence before arriving at a decision anyway.

Please note that the residents have to pay for the amenities separately. Yes, you heard it right. They charge an extra amount of money for the cricket ground, golf course, and tennis courts. The badminton court is too small. Their so-called well-equipped gym has nothing more than 2 treadmills and elliptical cycles.

Also, Paranjape Schemes is not very well praised. If you check Trident Tower’s reviews, you will get to know about the reputation of this builder. I would personally give ⅕ rating to the project in my Paranjape Forest Trails review.
