Their price is also affordable. The apartments will range between Rs 47.07 lakhs - Rs 51.14 lakhs. The project is RERA approved as well, and its RERA ID is P52100027127. I am going to visit this project quite soon, so I shall share another

As of now, I have not heard a single negative Parshwa Platinum review. Here are some of the specifications of the apartments that I learned about during my last visit there-
Vitrified tiles have been used for flooring the rooms
Concealed copper wirings have been used for electrical fittings
For the walls and ceiling, acrylic paint has been used
Granite platform and stainless steel sink will be provided in every kitchen
The kitchens are adorned with ceramic tiles
For exterior walls they have used emulsion paint
These are all I can remember as of now.
