Just last month, I learned about the exact Pearl Heaven location and planned to visit it the very next day. It is located near MIDC Metro Station in Andheri East, Mumbai. My friend suggested I buy 1.5 BHK here as I was looking for one, so I did check it out. The apartments really look elegant. As of now, Pearl Heaven construction status is in the pre-stage. Here are some of the major aspects that both I and my wife liked about it-
The project will have only 3 towers with 239 units in total spread across 0.50 acres and that is great
The project is RERA-approved and free of any legal issues
1 BHKs will have a living room, kitchen, bedroom and 2 bathrooms
1.5 BHKs will have a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms
The pearl heaven price will be between Rs 88.3 lakh and 1.25 crore.
I am waiting for more Pearl Heaven III reviews since we are really interested in it. As of now, I will rate this project 4/ 5.

What I love about the project, Pearl Heaven, is its location. It is far from being completed, so there is not much that can be said about its interior aspects, but location wise it is good. It is just near the Mumbai Drone Services (Ariel footage) and 900 metres from the J.B. Nagar bus stand. Other easily reachable locations from this project are:

Marol Depot and Marol Maroshi Bus Station- 1.6 km
