The Pinnacle Apartments completion date was 2016, but I was concerned about their condition. I visited this project last year and did not like it much. Here are the reasons:
The apartments are poorly constructed
Rainwater harvesting and purification are not done properly
Several amenities are not ready even after so many years
The basement water management system is also poor
The project is yet to receive OC and BESCOM approval
Investing here is not going to be a very smart move, so I will recommend you think several times before investing any money here.
