I live in Pinnacle Neelanchal and would like to say that invest your money very carefully. It has a good surrounding but there are some problems prevailing here like:
There is problem in water supply
Roads aren’t repaired until absolutely necessary
You won’t get vehicle very easily
Maybe after the construction of the new tower is done, they will focus on these aspects so wait a bit before booking an apartment for yourself here.

There are two towers in Pinnacle Neelanchal. My fiancee used to live there but moved out after he changed his job. But he used to love the area. The tower got launched on December 2018 and its RERA ID is: P52100004125
They are constructing another tower and its RERA ID is P52100004124. I can assure you that it is a safe place to live with your family so you can invest here. I really don’t want to say more in this Pinnacle Neelanchal Review since it is ebay to go and check it out yourself.

I would personally ask you not to completely rely on any Pinnacle Neelanchal Review now as it is under construction now. They have set their possession date for June 2026 so it's early to judge or say anything about it. When I visited the project last month I saw that about 20% of the work was done.
