I don't have any issues or complaints with the amenities present. There are amenities and features to enjoy for all age groups.
There are 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK flats available within Bren Imperia. The total number of units in this project is 982. Having seen all the flats, I can surely say they will impress you.
The size of 1 BHK in Bren Imperia is 853 sq. ft. The size of 2 BHK in the project is 1359 sq ft. Lastly, the size of 3 BHK in Bren Imperia is 1778 sq ft.
Premium quality hardware has been used in all the apartments. All the towers have been earthquake-proofed to ensure maximum safety.
Earlier the possession date for this project was announced as December 2018. Since the construction was taking longer than expected, the date was pushed forward. The construction of the project is now finished. The new possession date of the project was March 2021. Currently, the Bren Imperia project is ready to move in.
