Dosti West County Thane has a total of 19 towers, divided into four phases. Dosti Oak, Dosti Cedar Dosti Westwood and Dosti Pine. Find out the Dosti West County possession dates below: Dosti West County Phase 1 or Dosti Oak has 4 wings of 30 floors each.  The possession has started from January 2021. This consists of 2bhk units of size 556 sq ft, 636 sq ft and 713 sq ft carpet area. Dosti West County Phase 2 or Dosti Cedar is still under construction and will be ready for possession by June 2023. Phase 2 will consists of 2 wings of 33 floors each. These will be a mix of 2 bhk and 3 bhk apartments in the  sizes of 592 to 1033 sq ft of carpet area. Dosti West County Phase 3 or Dosti Westwood will consists of banquet halls, cosy guest rooms, restaurants etc for the Dosti West County residents. Dosti West County Phase 4 or Dosti Pine is under construction. It will be ready for possession by June 2027. It consists of 5 wings of 35 floors each. Dosti Pine offers 2 BHK flats in the carpet area sizes of 550 sq ft to 713 sq ft.

Dosti Thane Balkum is a project that offers a variety of luxurious amenities to its residents. I was talking to my friends about a different project when suddenly I got to know about this ongoing project Dosti West County. I was a little awestruck when I heard about this project for the first time. The project Dosti Balkum was launched in 2020 and it is getting constructed with all the modern tools and techniques.

When I checked the website I was amazed looking at the different amenities such as pools, green parks, and gyms. What amazed me is that they are building a creche, especially for children. Where would you get these facilities? 

The location of the project is also excellent. It has a good connection with Thane Railway Station, Eastern Expressway, and Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport.

I have thoroughly checked the website and I can understand that the pricing of the project will start at 1 crore onwards. I feel this is a good property to live in since there are so many facilities in this project. Grocery stores, and eateries are also located nearby. 

Now, I will answer the important question: Dosti West county Cedar possession date. I have heard that the project will be completed by November 1st 2025 but this is not confirmed yet. Nothing was updated on the website. If I get any information about this I will let you know as soon as possible.
