I visited the project for 2 months and let me tell you, the poor road construction is enough to reject the apartments here. I asked people why the condition of the roads is so critical here and it seems the construction of this project has resulted in it. They have worked on the projects for years but did not bother to mend the roads. 

Forget driving, you will not be able to even walk properly on these roads. The interiors of these apartments are also poor. So do not believe what it looks from outside until you check the apartments from inside. 

Lastly the apartments are way more expensive starting from crores. You will get good apartments for less than this amount nearby. 

I always ask people to check whether the project is RERA registered or not. I personally think every legal project must be RERA verified. I researched a bit on Prestige Pine Wood and got to know it is RERA registered. In fact I can share the ID as well.

The apartments in Prestige Pine Wood range from 2 bhk to 4bhk. My sister in law has already moved into a 2 BHK apartment with a terrace which is 1516 sq ft in area. I can share the areas of the apartments here as well since I noted it down when my in-laws showed interest in this. 

It is spread across 2.56acres of land and has a tidal 256 units. The apartments are spacious so you can check out the apartments and ask whether more apartments are available or not. I wanted to book one for ourselves as well but it seems all 2 BHK apartments are sold out. As of now my sister-in-law has all praises to sing so going by her Prestige Pine Wood review, it looks like a decent investment.
