What is the Prestige Tranquil Review Hyderabad Telangana?

I was exploring homes in Hyderabad and discovered Prestige Tranquil’s address at Kokapet, which is perfectly connected to major hubs. The Outer Ring Road and Financial District are nearby, making it ideal for professionals. Prestige Tranquil reviews highlight its proximity to the airport, which is great for frequent flyers like me. Schools like Oakridge International and hospitals like Sunshine are close, ensuring everything we need is within reach. Entertainment options, including Golkonda Resort and Prasads Multiplex, are just a short drive away. The possession date of September 2026 aligns perfectly with my plans.

While searching for a perfect home, I visited Prestige Tranquil at Kokapet, Hyderabad, and was blown away by its thoughtful amenities. It has everything I could ask for—an amphitheater, swimming pool, library, gym, and even a gas pipeline for convenience. The jogging track and children’s play area are perfect for families, while the clubhouse and badminton court offer plenty of recreation options. The property is also Vastu compliant and has great features like a CCTV system, rainwater harvesting, and a sewage treatment plant. At a Prestige Tranquil price of Rs. 1.82 Cr onwards, it feels like a solid investment for a comfortable lifestyle.

I do not like this project and let me tell you why in this Prestige Tranquil review. It is located near the Phoenix Greens and their daily construction work seems to be hampering this project. If they are really using good quality materials, investing crores here, then why can’t they just install screens to prevent dust or check noise pollution? Several complaints have been raised but they are not paying any heed. The worst part is that the sales team of this project are very rude. You can’t even talk to them nicely and that is what annoys me the most. I know it is not possible to stop their work but at least they should come up with ideas instead of showing unnecessary attitude. And if you check other projects, you will get better apartments at a cheaper rate as well. Overall I will rate this project 1.5/5.

I always opt for projects that are RERA approved since I feel such projects always abide by rules, so overall it must be authentic and reliable. My sister in law asked me to know whether Prestige Tranquil is RERA approved or not and I came to know its RERA ID as well which is P02400002236. It’s truly a magnificent residential complex with 906 3BHK apartments. This project is currently under construction but the possession date set is September 2026 but do check it yourself as well.
