I also read that registration for more than 27,000 apartments under the Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 is currently open for those in the EWS and LIG categories. Flats in the EWS would start at Rs 11.5 lakh, while those in the LIG will start at Rs 23 lakh. On November 24, 2023, registration for the DDA Special Housing Scheme 2023 opened.
