What is the Pride Boston Review Dhanori Pune?

Let me share my Pride Boston reviews here. For Rs. 52 Lacs last year, I made a reservation for a 2 BHK flat here. I received very detailed project descriptions from the sales team. He was quite serious and composed in his speech while explaining everything. This project is RERA approved and the Pride Boston RERA number that I received is P52100049648.

I must say it is an amazing residential complex with all the amenities you could possibly need and close proximity to a community of like-minded people. The Pride Boston address is Porwal Road, Dhanori, Pune, next to the Dr. D. Y. Patil Technical Campus. The best thing I found was that it is only 5 minutes away from the Pune International Airport. My sister-in-law visited the Pride Boston project a few months ago. As I am also planning to take a 2 BHK flat in Dhanori, I asked her to share her Pride Boston reviews. She said that the Pride Boston 1BHK price is the one and only good thing about this project. It is quite affordable as compared to other projects in Dhanori. She did, however, complain about the limited carpet area and the extremely rude sales staff. She went to a few more of the nearby projects, namely Goodwill Breeza and Krishna Amorapolis . Due to the superior carpet area, she thought the Goodwill Breeza was much better. She finally booked a two-bedroom flat here.

I also like the Pride Boston location. Some of the locational landmarks that I really liked about this are as follows;

• The Pune International Airport is 5 minutes from this project

• Orchid and Sahyadri Hospitals are within 5 and 10 minutes respectively

• Symbiosis centre for Management Studies is only 10 mins.

I believe investing here would help in yielding a good rental return.

This project offers premium 1, and 2 BHK residences. The builder is claiming that Pride Boston is Lohegaon's tallest tower. On enquiring about the Pride Boston construction status, the sales executive informed me that the construction is ongoing and the Pride Boston possession date is by December 2026. Some of the attractive options provided by the project are as follows;

It is expected to be one of the most elegant projects in this area, so you can plan to invest here. 

Pride Boston is a new project being constructed on Lohegaon Road, Dhanori. I live quite near the project but came to know about it only a few months ago during my visit to

Royal Fresh Mart, located just 1.1 km from the project. My sister-in-law had been looking for a 2 BHK in Dhanori for a long time, so I checked out this project precisely. I noted a few details for her which I can share with you too-

• There will be 11 towers and 1800 units in Pride Boston Dhanori

• The project is RERA approved and RERA ID is P52100049648

• All the apartments are planned following the Vastu norms

• There will be ample greenery planned for walks and recreational purposes

You should also know that the apartments are between Rs 43 lakhs and Rs 50 lakhs approx., which is quite low compared to the features they have. I will suggest that you wait for more

Pride Boston reviews before investing here because it is too early to decide on anything.

As of now, the Pride Boston project has been able to attract a lot of attention, mainly because of the amenities offered and location. It is expected to be completed by December 2026, but let me tell you that a lot of work is yet to be done, so don’t be in a rush to have your dream house here. I would personally suggest you visit

this project and then decide. But yes, it is true that the apartments will have a good resale value because of the project’s location. It is just

• 5 mins from Viman Nagar

• 10mins from the Sahyadri hospital

• 5 mins from the Orchid hospital

• The Dr DY Patil School is also quite near, 5 mins from it

• The Symbiosis Centre for management studies is about 10 mins from there

In short you will get schools, malls, hospitals, and more in close proximity to this project.
