Pride Purple Park Connect location convinced me to take an apartment here. The project offers a well-connected lifestyle with a bustling neighbourhood. When I visited the property last week, I found that 

• Pune-Mumbai Highway is within 3 kms

• Upcoming Maha Metro Station is just 800 metres away

• Malls are within 1 km

• The closest hospital is within 2 km

• There are number of schools within 700 metres

• Colleges are also within 3 kms

I also found that the builder Pride Purple Group is one of the best real-estate developers in Pune with more than 20 years of experience. They are also a recipient of the Asia-Pacific Property Award which makes them trustworthy as well. 

Me and my wife were looking for a 2 BHK flat in Hinjawadi last month and it was then I came across a few positive Pride Purple Park Connect reviews. So, my wife and I planned to look at the property.

The project is spread across 7 acres, starting from Rs. 68 Lakhs. And

the wide range of amenities that the project offers really blew my wife away.

We also found that the project is RERA approved and the Pride Purple Park Connect RERA number is

P52100031776. The project is under construction now but we found the location very convenient for us as there were several bus stations nearby which show good connectivity. The Pride Purple Park Connect unit configuration is 2 and 3 BHK apartments, with 6 towers and 12 wings. As we loved this project, we are planning to buy a 2 BHK flat here.

I have a lot of expectations from Pride Purple Park Connect, to be honest. I paid a visit there a few months back and really liked the project details the officials shared with me. Here is what I learnt

• Main doors come with a digital lock

• Branded fittings have been used for the doors

• 7” colour screen video door will be there in each flat

• Kitchens will have below cabinets of 780*840mm

• Branded hardware, hob, the chimney will be installed in every kitchen

• Electricals switches, fittings, wirings will be of well-known brands

• 600*600 vitrified tiles will be used

• Emulsion paint will be used for the internal walls and acrylic paint will be used for the external walls

I wonder who is actually giving Pride Purple Park Connect review. For the last few years, they are changing their possession date continuously. People who have paid about 90% of the amount are asked to again wait for a few more years and I think it is the 4th time they have postponed their possession date. 

Also note that you will lack a proper water supply here and on asking, the sales team can give you no solid answer. A lot of people have cancelled their booking but the new problem is, they are not getting their money back. So please spend wisely and after much consideration on this project.
