Prima Upper East 97 is way too costly. It does have various top-notch amenities but charging Rs 3 crores is not justified. Also, I would like to share in this Prima Upper East 97 review that I did not find the apartment spacious enough. If you have kids who are into play and in a fun mood most of the time, avoid investing here. They will not get enough space within the apartment to run freely. The balcony size is also just moderate. You can give it a look though and decide accordingly. The proper address of this project is-
