Hi buddy. I can tell you the re issuance of duplicate share certificate process. My uncle requested that I check the possibility of having his share certificate reissued because he had misplaced it. After doing some research, I discovered that the shareholder can request a duplicate by getting in touch with the company's transfer agent or registrar. It involves the following process:

  • Get a "Letter of Indemnity" from a lawyer or notary public.

  • To obtain a duplicate share certificate, send in a written request. Your name, address, and the total share number for which you ask for a duplicate certificate should be included in this request.

  • Give proof that you are the shareowner.

  • Send the "Letter of Indemnity" and the other necessary paperwork to the registrar of the firm.

  • Finally, await the company's processing of your request, internal approvals, and new certificate issuance.
