Hi there,
It's complicated to convert revenue land to residential land. You need to obtain the DC conversion to convert your land. If you fail to obtain DC conversion any construction on agricultural or revenue land would be demolished. To convert the land you will need documents such as:
Documents required for tenanted land –
Property
Title DeedCopy of mutation record
Copy of Form 10 to state occupancy right
No due certificate issued from village accountant
Copy of certified land tribunal order
Zonal certificate issued by the Urban Development Authority or Town Planning
Copy of Record of Rights, Tenancy and Crop Certificate (RTC)
Certified survey map of the land
Documents required for Patta land –
No due certificate issued from village accountant
Mutation record copy
Copy of Record of Rights, Tenancy and Crop Certificate (RTC)
Certified survey map of the land
Take these documents to the Sub-Divisional officer and after verification, the Tehsildar will approve the application.
