Let me share my Raghav Paradise reviews here. According to me, with the affordable price and location in Borivali East, Raghav Paradise will be the best project. Every flat has a balcony. You can get in touch with Mr. Pravesh Singh; he works in a sales team and is quite helpful.

What I loved the most is the Raghav Paradise location. Very good location. You can get to the Magathane Metro Station, Western Expressway, Magathane Bus Depot, Apex Multispeciality Hospital, Ryan International School, Thakur Polytechnic and Carnival Cinema in about five minutes. Apart from this, you can have easy access to International Airport and Borivali Railway Station. Overall positive experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others. 👍

In Mumbai's Borivali East, there are a lot of new residential developments anticipated. Raghav Paradise is going to be among the best, in my opinion. To be honest, I was thrilled to see the Raghav Paradise unit configuration. The entire project area is 0.73 acres. You can get 1, 2, and 3 BHK flats that look and feel premium. I looked for these amenities in a couple of apartments, but most of them did not have them until I came across this project. I am planning to buy a 2 BHK here in Raghav Paradise, mainly because of its diverse amenities. Some more amenities you can enjoy here are-

• 100 m walking track

• Mini amphitheatre

• Gazebo

• Seating and coffee deck

Raghav Paradise is currently in the early stages of construction. I visited this project a few months ago and learned a few things about it like-

• The project will provide 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartments only 

• All the apartments are fully equipped and have balconies.

• The possession of the apartments will start in December 2024

• It will have 22 plus floor tower

• The project is RERA approved so you need not worry about any legal issues.

The construction is going on at a fast pace so I am pretty sure that it will get completed before December next year. As of now, everything seems fine with the project, so you can plan to invest here. This is all I can say in this Raghav Paradise review.
